Hello and thanks for tuning in. Stick around and eventually this page will be brimming with how-to’s, guides, tutorials, and valuable life lessons in ethical hacking.

I myself began my mystical journey in the summer of 2019. Sick of being a skint musician I decided to cert up and pursue my original passion: computer hacking! I now hold the CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and PenTest+ certifications, and am currently studying for the certification only HR departments seem to like (it came with the bundle), the CEH. The pandemic meant all my musical engagements were cancelled which kind of provided the perfect setting for getting my head down and getting those l33t skills. I’m now working in IT support and jonesin’ for something in cyber security.

I started this blog as a way of documenting my experience, cementing what I’ve learned and hopefully sharing it in an easy-to-grasp manner.

Most tutorials on this blog will assume a basic knowledge of the linux command line, and that you have a copy of kali linux to play with. If you don’t have kali installed then google will happily help you out. If you can, I recommend partitioning your hard drive and having kali installed as a full blown bootable OS instead of using a VM in windows/macos — in my experience it’ll play better with your hardware for when you want to learn about wireless packet sniffing/bluetooth stuff. Most modern computers running solid state storage can restart as quick as they can load up a VM these days anyway, but hey, whatever works best for you and what you have at your disposal.

I guess I should also include a DISCLAIMER: the tutorials on this site are solely for the purpose of security research and ethical hacking/pentesting, I am not responsible for any damage caused or trouble you get into from using the knowledge gained on this site. Cool thanks, hope you stick around!
